How Does the Challenge Work?
1. Download & print out your workbook. It’s my belief that most people work kinesthetically, meaning we’ll learn more internally as we physically record our thoughts on paper. If this doesn’t work for you and you’d like a digital copy to type into, please contact me and I’ll send one right over!
2. Everyday of the challenge I’ll send you send you a short video introducing and explaining the challenge activity for the day. Some activities are short, some are longer. Feel free to take as long as you need to complete the daily activities! It doesn’t all have to be completed in 14 days! Once you purchase the challenge you can return to it anytime you need!
3. Contact me anytime during the challenge with any questions or for support as you work through the challenge and work to shut down those negative thoughts.
