Are you too hard on yourself? Do you focus too often on your faults and inadequacies, and too little on your strengths?

If this sounds like you, you’re not alone.

If you struggle with feelings of guilt, burnout, or negative self-image, or you’re like most women and don’t have a regular self-love routine established in your day, this workshop is for you.

Self-care is a critical component of our emotional health, yet as busy women with so much on our plate, it’s one of the most difficult things to make time for. If you’re looking to prioritize your emotional health and want to learn how to think (and speak) more kindly to yourself, you’ve come to the right place.

This short, but actionable workshop (17 minutes) will teach you how self-compassion can improve your life and overall well-being, as well as easy ways to implement it into your daily life.

Whether you’re seeking a better life balance, less stress, or just generally more happiness, this workshop is an opportunity for you to learn how to invest in yourself and to set the foundation for a more fulfilling and loving life.

Workshop includes:

  • Video training on self-love, self-care & self-image consumable in a single short & digestible sitting. Don’t worry about setting aside hours for this training- it’ll have you ready to add self-care to your day in no time! (Video length: 17 minutes)
  • Workbook to reflect on the strategies discussed in the training and gives you an opportunity to create an action plan to apply those concepts into your life. Thought-provoking questions designed help you find ways each tip can fit into your life. (Workbook length: 4 pages.)
  • Printable Idea Lists & Resources pages to print & display around you to help you think of Self-Care ideas, Journaling prompts & positive affirmations.
  • Audio-only MP3 of the training for listening on the go.
